Refunds Policy
Effective date: May 12, 2026
1. Fee structure
Each application includes two separate charges, itemized at checkout:
- Government fee: paid to the issuing government authority (e.g., U.S. CBP for ESTA). Collected by us on their behalf.
- Service fee: paid to Global Travel Center for form review, error checking, submission, and 24/7 support.
2. Cancellation before submission
If you cancel your application before we have submitted it to the issuing government, you are entitled to a full refund of both the government fee and the service fee. Submit your cancellation request via the contact form with your reference number.
3. Application denied by government
If your application is denied or rejected by the issuing government:
- Government fee: Non-refundable, in accordance with the policy of the issuing government authority.
- Service fee: Refundable up to 100% if the denial was caused by an error on our part. Non-refundable if the denial was caused by the applicant's own circumstances (e.g., criminal history, prior visa overstay, ineligibility).
4. Duplicate or accidental payment
Duplicate or accidental payments are fully refundable. Please contact us within 30 days of the transaction.
5. Service fee refund process
- Submit a refund request through the contact form (topic: "Refund request"). Include your reference number.
- We will respond within 3 business days.
- If approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- Stripe processing fees (typically 2.9% + JPY 30) are non-refundable for processed transactions.
6. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly via our support team. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account restrictions.
7. Direct government applications
Travelers may submit their applications directly to the relevant government portal at esta.cbp.dhs.gov (ESTA), k-eta.go.kr (K-ETA), gov.uk (UK ETA), or via the Australian ETA mobile app — without incurring our service fee.
