1. Acceptance of these Terms

By using world-entry.com ("the Site") and the services provided by M2Agency Inc. ("we", "us", "our", "Global Travel Center"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Nature of our service

Global Travel Center is a private company that assists travelers with the preparation and submission of electronic travel authorization and visa applications. We are not a government agency and we do not issue any visa, ETA, or official travel document. Final approval is granted solely by the respective government authority:

You may submit your application directly to the relevant government portal at no additional service fee.

3. Service fee

Our service fee covers form review, error checking, customer support, and submission assistance. Government fees are collected on behalf of and paid to the respective government authority. The total amount (government fee + service fee) is clearly displayed before payment.

4. User obligations

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of your application. We are not liable for application denials resulting from inaccurate or false information.

5. Approval is not guaranteed

Approval of any visa or electronic travel authorization is at the sole discretion of the issuing government. We do not guarantee that any application will be approved. Refer to our Refunds Policy for details on what happens if your application is denied.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of M2Agency Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M2Agency Inc., its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Effective date" above will be updated when changes are made. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
