While we provide our application support services in good faith, the granting of visas and electronic travel authorizations is at the sole discretion of the respective governments, and we do not guarantee the outcome of any application. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, we shall not be liable for damages incurred by users in connection with the provision of our services.
